Do not send points or money over until I give you permission.

You will not receive unwatermarked pictures, this is to protect my copyright over making the photo and prevent art theft.

You do not have the right to edit out any detail in the picture nor edit out my watermark, if this has been done your right to the art has been revoked and you may no longer use my art in anyway shape or form on any platform. If you absolutely need something edited or edited out please contact me I'll be more than happy to do it myself.

I have the right to deny a commission, you will be notified of this, this will only happen before payment has been sent.

If you have already paid for your commission and you would like a refund you have the right to a full refund unless I have already sent you WIPs. If so then you do not have the right for a refund as some product has already been received, you do however have the right to half the price refunded back to you, example: if you paid me 10$s for the commission you will only receive 5$ back.

You must provide a clear reference sheet, preferably digital but a clear traditional reference may be accepted. Descriptions will only be accepted if there is a color palette or hex codes to help me color it properly.

If there is a problem or something small that needs fixing please alert me to it and I will get it done as soon as possible. (You are NOT allowed to edit yourself, your right to the art will be revoked and a beware with proper proof of the edit will be gathered and posted in various facebook beware groups if this has been done)

You have every right to repost the artwork or use it as a profile picture, timeline picture, icon, etc, as long as credit to @ TransCandyDemon is provided somewhere, or a link to the original piece or my deviantart, either is acceptable. 

Any Minor will be refused NSFW works or reference sheets, by commissioning me NSFW works you are agreeing that you are 18+ years of age or older. If you are found lying about your age to get NSFW artwork screenshots will be taken and a beware will be posted within various art groups and your right to the picture will be revoked.

You may commission me for a personal species lineart or any other F2U lineart, always credit me for the work and make sure people who have the lineart do so as well.

For NSFW different variations can be made free of cost. Example: Clothes censor, regular censor, no genitals, no fluids, etc.)

I will not start a commission unless the full price has been paid, or a payment plan has been discussed.

If you are paying with a payment plans I expect all payments to be on time. I will notify you if your payment is late and wait 48 hours before replying again. If no payment is made within a certain time bewares will be posted, you will be notified if this happens.
